Yes. Every project we launch is fully RERA registered and compliant with all state and central regulatory requirements. Our RERA registration numbers are displayed on each project page, and we encourage all buyers to verify them independently on the official state RERA portal.
Possession timelines vary by project, typically ranging from 24 to 42 months from the date of booking. Each project page includes a detailed construction schedule with quarterly milestones. We have a strong track record of on-time delivery, and any delay triggers automatic compensation as per the RERA agreement.
Absolutely. We have tie-ups with all major banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and Kotak. Our in-house home loan advisory team helps you compare interest rates, complete documentation, and secure pre-approved sanctions — all at no additional cost to you.

We offer multiple payment structures: (1) Construction-linked plan — pay as construction progresses; (2) Down payment plan — pay upfront for a discount; (3) Flexible plan — pay 10% now and the rest on possession. All plans are RERA-compliant and clearly documented.
